Welcome to the Creative Wholeness Community!

This is a brave space for Queer people of color

As a Black Queer healer, creative, and dance enthusiast I move to the beat of my own imagination! Committed to helping people find creative ways to heal, I lean on holistic wellness practices, natural remedies, creativity, writing, and personal narrative to encourage and coach people along their healing journeys. This blog will serve as an extension of my work as it is my desire and intention to share what I learn along my own journey with others.

I see the contents of this blog blooming into a wonderful labor of love as it is my attempt at bridging the worlds between creativity and wellness. By using, sharing, and gathering holistic resources and inviting in artistic and creative expression, my desire is to play my part as guide along the daily journey toward collective healing and sustained wellness.

Intention of this Blog

Focusing primarily on useful self care tips, I will also suggest activities, remedies, recipes, and gentle movements that can all be helpful resources to add to our personal wellness toolboxes. While I do believe there can be a time and place for outside interventions, I believe first and foremost in the power of our innate ability to heal and self regulate if given the time, space, and tools of understanding how. It is my goal to use this blog to document, share, and address the HOW of sustaining personal wellness as a measure of preventative care. I hope the contents of these pages are just as healing, inspiring, and fun for all who join the journey as they are for me.
